See Resources For Presenters Below

Submission deadline: October 1, 2007 Deadline for Poster Sessions extended! Submit now!

The presentation submissions are now closed, but poster session submissions will continue to be accepted until further notice.

We invite you to prepare a poster that will display your research activities or other content related to library & information science that you would like to share with the broader library community.  Your poster could be based on a paper you have written for a class, a group project you worked on, an internship you did, or a library project at your work.  All ideas are welcome, and feel free to collaborate and present your poster with other students.

You may use either flat posters or free-standing posters.  We will provide the stands, but be sure to indicate on the registration form that you will need one.

We do not have an official size limits, but please use a large enough poster for the images and text to be professionally displayed and easy to read.

The Express Document Center at the UA Main Library offers poster printing services.

We will have a room dedicated to poster sessions.  Participants are required to transport their posters to the event, and at the time of the session to staff their posters so that they are available to discuss the content with passersby, as well as answer any questions.  The poster session is expected to last approximately 30 minutes and will follow the lunch hour.
