Kevin was raised in Oregon, but has lived a sort of peripatetic existence the past few years, moving from the US to Japan, then to Vancouver, B.C. He currently resides in Tucson. While in Canada he completed the MA program in Japanese history at the University of British Columbia. He received his MA in IRLS in the Spring term, 2003.
