Planning Committee
Responsible for surveying student response in selecting the place for the graduation and reception. Securing the facility and reviewing the general overall plans of all committees.

Responsible for planning all food and refreshments, arranging delivery, setup and clean up of all refreshments and all related matters.

Responsible for designing invitations, programs, brochures, and implementing their distribution to the students, alumni and special guests.

Responsible for determining theme, if wanted, and coordinating the decorations at the facility chosen, putting up and taking down.
