An American Library Association Student
Chapter
|
|
Like our parent organization,
the American
Library Association
(ALA), we work to promote scholarly achievement and professional
awareness among our members. LSO also promotes communication
and interaction among students, faculty and staff within
the School of Information
Resources & Library Science
(SIRLS). We organize a variety of events, speaker engagements,
workshops and extracurricular activities. LSO strives to
meet the diverse needs of local and distance student members.
